Deficiencies of sold goods are eliminated, low-quality goods are replaced, returned by the leading Minister of Economy in 2001. The Buyer must return the goods by notifying through e-mail, indicating the page on which the goods are returned and its order number, no later than within 7 (seven) working days from the date of delivery of the goods.

When the Buyer returns the goods, the following conditions must be met:

1. The returned product must be in its original neat packaging;

2. The product must be undamaged by the Buyer;

3. The product must not have lost its commercial appearance (undamaged labels, peel-off protective film, etc.) (This item does not apply in the event of the return of a defective product);

4. The returned goods must be in the same configuration as received by the Buyer;

5. When returning the goods, it is necessary to present the document of its purchase, the guaranteed coupon (if it was issued) and the completed return document specified in the Rules.

The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not follow any of the procedure for returning the goods established in this case.
